We recommend 65% or higher polyester count for apparel and hard substrates must have a poly coating for the sublimation transfer to work. The percentage of polyester is the percentage of ink that will transfer. If you use a 50% poly t-shirt, then your design is going to be 50% vibrant once pressed. The shirt also needs to be a lighter color than the transfer for the design to show up.

★★★★IF YOUR DESIGN DOES NOT NEED TO BE MIRRORED, PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR FILE WITH THE DESIGN MIRRORED SO WHEN WE MIRROR IT AUTOMATICALLY WHEN PRINTING IT WILL BE CORRECT. Use a heat press with very LIGHT pressure.

For all other substrates, please refer to the manufactures recommendation for times and temps.

Always cover the full transfer with craft paper or butcher paper to prevent ink from transferring to your equipment or other garments. We do NOT recommend using a reusable cover sheet because the ink will stain and won't come off so something you can throw away after use is best.

All transfers will be shipped rolled.

All orders will be printed AS they are submitted. The only thing we change is all files are mirrored before printing. If multiple gang sheets are ordered, they will be printed and cut as a continuous gang sheet. For example, if you ordered 3 12x24 gang sheets, you would get a printed roll that is 24x36.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0817/6431/9484/files/custom-sublimation-transfers---gang-sheet-builder_1.png?v=1793799055
