Makers Cabinet Høvel Base

Sharpening a pencil is, at heart, a simple pleasure—though the aftermath is often less so. The Makers Cabinet Høvel Base resolves this small indignity with quiet efficiency and a touch of refinement.

Crafted from walnut, it serves as both a chamber for shavings and a rather handsome platform for your Høvel sharpener. As you work, it neatly collects the evidence, keeping your desk tidy without interrupting the ritual. No sweeping, no scattering—just a contained, considered process.

Compact and pleasingly tactile, it adds a sense of completeness to your setup. A small addition, certainly, but one that ensures your sharpening remains as elegant as the result.

Small Details, Big Difference:

• No More Wayward Shavings: You always keep your workspace tidy—the base collects everything neatly as you sharpen.
• A Natural Desk Companion: The walnut finish adds warmth and texture, making your setup feel intentional rather than improvised.
• Designed to Work Together: Made specifically for the Høvel, it fits seamlessly and functions without fuss.
